Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Please contact our support team promptly and include your order number.
Order Modifications
Changes to shipping address, size, color, style, or other order details may be requested during the same 12-hour period.
Refund Timing
Approved cancellation refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation Fees
Within 2 Hours:
Cancellation requests submitted within the first two hours after purchase are processed free of charge.
After 2 Hours (Up to 12 Hours):
Approved cancellation requests may incur a 5% processing fee based on the total order amount.
Orders Already in Processing
Once an order has entered fulfillment, production, packaging, or shipping preparation, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

- Orders already shipped or assigned tracking information
